2 arrested after reports of shots fired in Manchester


MANCHESTER — Manchester police arrested and charged two men for disorderly conduct after reports that someone was firing shots with a rifle in the back of a residence.

Police responded at 7:42 p.m. to 145 Lakeside Drive following report that 10 to 12 gunshots were fired there.

The police department’s Bearcat was deployed to the address and two occupants came out of the residence and were detained.

Two Manchester men, Joshua Forrester, 29, and Davin Luther, 42, were both charged with a Class B felony. That charge carries a prison term of up to seven years.
