What is the best career advice you ever received?
The best career advice I received was to be determined and have a strong focus on the skills that I possess, and my ability to make a positive difference in the lives of people that I serve. The other carrier advice that I received is to advance the department that I work for before leaving a position. My supervisor always inspires me to take advantage of every single opportunity that the organization offers me to strengthen and enhance the department that I work in.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Since my 22-year-old self is a by-product of struggles, hopelessness and confusions, I‘d like to advise that: Life is full of struggles and to be able to attain success, one has to strain every nerve. Secondly, I‘ve realized that where there’s a will, there’s always a way. So if we build a desire to achieve something in life, never give up, for there’s always a solution.
