SALEM — A Lawrence, Mass. man was arrested after police said he sold heroin at a fast-food restaurant Wednesday.
Manny Bautista-Arias, 24, was charged with sale of a controlled drug. He is being held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on an immigration detainer.
Police went to the Burger King on South Broadway just before 3 p.m. Wednesday to investigate an alleged drug sale inside the restaurant, police said.
Bautista-Arias will be arraigned March 27 in Salem circuit court.
