Nadeau joins board at Discovery Center

McAuliffe Shepard Discovery Center recently named Nancy Nadeau, Bellwether Community Credit Union vice president of administration, to its board of directors. During her first year, she will serve as chairman of the operations committee and support the Discovery Center in its transition to a private sector nonprofit operation. In addition, she will participate in fundraising and generating overall awareness for the organization.

Located in Concord, the McAuliffe Shepard Discovery Center's mission is to educate, incite and entertain learners of all ages in the sciences and humanities by actively engaging them in the exploration of astronomy, aviation, earth and space science. The Discovery Center also offers summer camps, overnight adventures, home school, outreach programs, and scout and teacher workshops.

Nadeau, of Boscawen, has been a full-time Bellwether Community Credit Union staff member since 1994.

Bicknell to manage TD Bank in Nashua

TD Bank has promoted Kaitlyn G. Bicknell to store manager of the store located at 4 Northwest Blvd. in Nashua. An assistant vice president, she is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

Bicknell, of Merrimack, has five years of banking experience. She joined TD Bank in 2007.

A Merrimack resident, Bicknell is a member of Business Professional Women of Nashua (BPW) and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua.

Carroll joins Grace Limousine

Grace Limousine has named Kristen Carroll as senior operational consultant. Carroll will be responsible for planned growth, business development, operational efficiencies, forecasting, infrastructure development, as well as talent management responsibilities.

Carroll joins the Grace team with a wealth of experience providing operational, business development and talent management consulting services to a wide range of clients, from 15,000 employee organizations to small nonprofit groups. Carroll was a New Hampshire Union Leader 2010 40 Under Forty award recipient.

Hartley joins Savoir Faire

Savoir Faire Marketing/Communications (SFMC) in Manchester announced that Janna Hartley of Pembroke has joined the firm's creative team. Hartley, a graduate of Syracuse University, comes from StoreyManseau of Concord, where she was that firm's senior designer.

Hartley is active in numerous charities, including as a board member of Volunteer NH and a member of the Manchester St. Patrick's Parade Committee. She is a supporter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, New Hampshire Special Olympics, and the American Cancer Society.

Geologist completes NH requirements

Kristin Zeman of HRP Associates has completed all requirements to obtain the designation of professional geologist in the state of New Hampshire.

Zeman is a senior project geologist for HRP, located in the company's Auburn, Mass., office. She is responsible for site assessment, subsurface investigations, project management, and remedial oversight. Zeman also acts as project leader for soil and groundwater assessment and remediation projects throughout New England.

Credit union appoints four vice presidents

Granite State Credit Union has announced the appointment of four assistant vice presidents to its management team. The promotions include Tracey Healey to assistant vice president - branch operations, Jennilene Johnson to assistant vice president - mortgage and commercial lending, Lisa Egan to assistant vice president - consumer lending, and Lisa Reeder to assistant vice president - technology.

In her 19-year career with Granite State Credit Union, Healey has demonstrated cross-functional knowledge in her roles as Manchester branch supervisor, credit resolution supervisor and branch sales and service manager. Her experience has encompassed consumer lending, branches, and credit resolutions.

As the mortgage and commercial lending manager, Johnson, has maintained responsibility for the growth of the mortgage and commercial lending portfolio. Johnson, who has been with Granite State Credit Union for 17 years, has also held the positions of mortgage servicing and underwriting, mortgage loan manager, and business development officer.

During her 19 years at Granite State Credit Union, Egan has advanced from teller and member service representative to lending and call center manager. Egan also held other positions within the credit union including consumer lending supervisor, HR training coordinator, and interim mortgage lending manager.

Reeder has been with the credit union for 17 years with responsibilities including member services, the call center, marketing, branch management, consumer lending and electronic services management.

Merrimack Valley Hospice names Stauble director

Merrimack Valley Hospice recently announced that Ann Stauble, MSW, LICSW, has been promoted to director of clinical services. In this new position, Stauble will provide leadership and coordination for the hospice care delivered in the 90 cities and towns served by the not-for-profit agency based in Lawrence, Mass.

Stauble will lead a staff of more than 100 managers, clinical professionals, nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, and support volunteers who provide expert end-of-life care services in the home to an average of 200 patients on any given day.

Credit union names Kennedy branch manager

Northeast Credit Union recently named Gregory Kennedy as the branch manager for its new Merrimack branch located at 370 Daniel Webster Highway. The new branch opened Dec. 10.

Kennedy has more than 12 years of experience in banking and lending, most recently serving as the branch manager and senior loan officer for Triangle Credit Union in Manchester.
