Litchfield man found stabbed


LITCHFIELD — Police are investigating an apparent stabbing that took place Sunday afternoon.

According to a news release, Litchfield police responded to a stabbing outside a home at 22 Woodhawk Way at 4 p.m.

Upon arrival, police found a man, identified as Johnathan Mandravelis, 24, of Litchfield, lying in the roadway, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Mandravelis was transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua. He was listed in serious condition Sunday night. The incident remains under investigation. Litchfield police said they believe this is an isolated incident and the public is not in danger.

Anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the incident, is asked to call Detective Benjamin Sargent at 424-4047.
