BIA to honor business leaders

CONCORD — The Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire will honor local business leaders at its annual business meeting and member reception 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 7 at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester.

BIA will present the “Above and Beyond” awards to several individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service and commitment to BIA’s mission during the past year.

“The ’Above and Beyond’ awards recognize those individuals who have gone the extra mile and demonstrated an extraordinary willingness and commitment to helping the organization be successful and work to further its legislative and regulatory priorities,” said BIA President Jim Roche in a prepared statement.

The award recipients include:

The annual meeting also includes the election of directors and officers to BIA’s 34-member board for 2014/2015.

The annual business meeting is open to BIA members. Check-in the day of the event begins at 4:30 p.m.
