Merrimack man accused of threatening pair with gun

MERRIMACK — A local man is accused of threatening two people with a gun Saturday night while they were in a vehicle at the end of his driveway.The individuals filed complaints in person at the police station Saturday night just before 9 p.m. They told police they just had come from the home of Daniel Latour, 43, of 28 Wire Road, where he allegedly threatened them with a handgun.Several officers went to Latour’s home and talked with him. After a brief investigation, police confiscated a handgun and arrested Latour for criminal threatening.

His arraignment is Monday in 9th Circuit Court, District Division-Merrimack.
