Report of suspicious activity leads to pair of arrests in Lebanon
SARAH PETERSON and TIMOTHY DOBSON
LEBANON — A citizen's call to police about suspicious activity at a local apartment building Monday led to the felony arrest of two occupants there, police said.
Sarah Peterson, 52, of White River Junction, Vt., was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, a felony, and two misdemeanor stalking charges.
Police said Peterson violated a court order barring her from being within 300 feet of a protected party.
She refused bail and was being held at the Grafton County House of Corrections pending her arraignment, scheduled for today.
Also taken into custody was Timothy Dobson, 32, of West Lebanon, formerly of South Carolina.
Dobson was arrested on a charge of being a felon in possession of a shotgun.
He was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail and is to be arraigned Jan. 16 in Grafton County Superior Court.
Police did not identify the West Lebanon address where the two arrests were made.
