Monarchs release 2018-19 schedule

The Manchester Monarchs will begin their fourth ECHL campaign on Oct. 13 with its first of two games at the Brampton Beast before heading back to the Granite State.

The Monarchs will host new ECHL franchise St. John’s on Oct. 19 at SNHU Arena in Manchester for their first home game of the 2018-19 season. Manchester will host the Reading Royals the following day.

The Monarchs will host St. John’s four times and Reading six times next season. The Maine Mariners, a new ECHL franchise affiliated with the New York Rangers, will make the most trips to SNHU Arena this year with eight road games against the Monarchs on their schedule.

Opening weekend Oct. 19-20 will be one the Monarchs’ several theme nights throughout the season. Pancreatic Cancer Night (Nov. 3), Education Day (Nov. 14) and Fan Appreciation Night (April 6) are among some of the team’s other theme nights.
