I fell in love with real estate development as a 7-year-old. I found it thrilling to watch my grandfather build communities out of nothing.
What motivates you to give back to your community?
My parents raised me right. Since a young age, I have given my time as a volunteer. As I learned more, I shared my talents. As I became more successful, I donated my treasure. Time, talent, treasure — everyone has something to give.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Strive for the future but live in the present.
What was your last major achievement?
Raising $5 million-plus of equity from community minded investors to enable community redevelopment projects in Manchester and Concord.
Volunteer activities: Board Member, Amoskeag Industries; Advisory Board Member, N.H. Clean Tech Council And Stay, Work Play; Corporator, Sugar River Bank; Foundation Board Member, Mill Falls Montessori Charter School.
