NH may suspend building aid program

School districts hoping to win state aid for new school buildings next March may have to wait a year.

When will they ever learn?
Two large problems:
The Supreme Court has already ruled on school funding and one can't descriminate between "rich" and "poor" school districts, and-
Why should a community vote to raise its own money when by simply not doing so they will have a greater chance of getting state money--particularly if responsible districts who have already raised their own money are shut out.
Its a typical democrat disincentive for responsible voter action.
