Election day is Tuesday. What a sad day it will be for bigots, racists, radical right Christian's, neo Nazi's and all those who are non tolerate. Thankfully now they are in the minority and hopefully will be forever!

Catherine, you have to be kidding. The Roman Catholic Church does not need Gene Robinson to infiltrate it with subversiveness. It's that way by nature. Notice how there's been no child abuse scandal within the Episcopal Church. Maybe that's because its preachers are not required to lie about who they are. Being gay is a perfect reason to become a Catholic priest. It gives you the perfect explanation as to why you never have a girlfriend or wife.

You have got to be kidding me!! Is this man qualified for his position leading the church??
- Jacob, Concord

Danny - you can be celibate and still have a sexual orientation. orientation does not equal 'having sex'.

Another anti Pope.

I swear that the Catholic Church is simply under attack sometimes. As to this "retreat" where 75 Priests were AWOL without their Bishops or Congregation knowing where they were, I need to see some evidence and some names. One good Priest is worth ten bad ones so if you can't keep your vows don't continue to live a double life.

As to the shortage of Priest's we can always build bigger church buildings.
- Barry, Manchester

Are Catholic priests not celibate? If they are, why are we talking about their sexual orientation? This doesn't make any sense.

Bishop Robinson, stick to corrupting your own religion and leave others alone. I can't believe the audacity you have to try to infiltrate the Roman Catholic faith with your subversiveness. You have already caused many faithful to flee the Episcopal Church, seeking solace in the Roman Catholic Church. Not satisfied, you want to ruin that as well. Your secret actions are unconscionable. Shame on you.
- Catherine, Brookfield

You have got to be kidding me. Here we go again, the sick and disordered treating the sick and disordered. Homosexuality is a sin, against natural law and unhealthy.
