No wonder people want to stay in jail, free college, cable and square meals a day. Beats working and paying bills! Justice system Fa ha ha!

God help us all.

They have done their time.

People do stupid horrible things when they are young. This guy has spent more time in jail than on this earth. Give him a chance.

THANK YOU governor and special board. Yet another predator let out early under your guidance. And yet another judge giving the criminal another chance. Lorraine, wasn't even safe at work that day. Judge McGuire, what a way to show victims they have rights, certainly less then the one who left her for dead. You judge, and lynch, leave me sick and discourage. It's time the victims start taking their own actions for safety and protection. The courts, parole boards and most certainly not you governor do not give a dam for the people you represent. I'm feeling that our criminal justice system is failing the citizens of our great state with the recent rash of early releases of violent offenders from the state prison.
Is this a result of prison overcrowding, or from economic distress that the country is currently in?
I'm truly disgusted that this animal is being released at all, let alone 1 year before his MINIMUM sentence!!!
Lets hope that the other young thugs that carried out the recent Mont Vernon caper will not face the same lax prison experience.
