Why is it so hard for people to do some research on thier own time instead of letting themselves be spoon fed information through tv ads? Most, not all but most, of the comments I see throughout the UL from both democrats and republicans are things that they have seen via any tv commercial or by listening to just one side of things. It wouldnt take much and would help people at least understand where opposing viewpoints are coming from if people would just go do some research on the websites offered by each camp that shows what their views and standpoints are. Even if they dont agree with what they are reading, at least then, they could be making informed decisions that arent being fed to them in sound bytes.

Come on Casey, you can't possibly be defending Gov. Palin now, can you? The VP debate was a one-man show (no pun intended). Palin offered nothing - no facts, no substance and no clear future for America. Sen. Biden actually offered facts, lots of substance and a clear future for our great nation.

Biden's speech today was great. He pointed out that Palin and McCain are grasping for straws as they go negative and offer nothing positive.

Time for a change!

Bill, are you serious in your comment stating that Biden has all off the "facts correct as well as a plan to revive the US" Come on bud, there is a reason why he is called gaff-filled-Biden. He not only stretched the truth, but flat out and constantly lied in the vice presidental debate. I'm not saying that Palin didn't have some mess ups as well as did Obama and McCain according to fact checkers, but Biden took the cake during his debate. I just think its funny that Mr. Pipest would actually type the words Biden and "has the facts correct" in the same sentence. Its so untrue on so many levels.

What you are seeing here is the next VP. He, like Obama, Have the facts correct and a well though out plan to revive the US. Nice!

Wow! What a coincidence. I add blog (that was never posted) to the "Palin Visiting NH" article about no mention from the UL to readers that Biden was also in NH and low n be hold what appears 3 hrs later? This article. Priceless, simply priceless.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: This story appeared because our correspondent covered Mr. Biden's visit to Rochester; and filed electronically as quickly as he could. Tomorrow's editions will also reflect the candidate's visits to other locations, including Southern New Hampshire University. We apologize that the story wasn't posted fast enough for you.)
