JAFFREY - A New Hampshire State Police bloodhound found a missing 82-year-old Alzheimer's patient in a nearby field on Tuesday.
WARREN - An investigation that began nearly two months ago has found there is "insufficient evidence" to seek a criminal charge against the town's police chief, according to Grafton County Sheriff Doug Dutile.
