THis is the biggest scam! This will go down in history as one of the biggest scams perpetrated on Americans.

We endorse the science that there is climate change. And we endorse statements that it is unequivocal and that there is a very high likelihood that a significant fraction of the warming that has occurred are due to human activities," Seitter said.

siiiighhh. Some day I hope people like Seitter finally recognize that climate change computer models that are constantly wrong in their forward predictions do not constitute "science". They constitute poorly crafted unreliable software. For example, see how poorly the IPCC models are doing at http://icecap.us/images/uploads/ipccchart.jpg.

The Climate Change task force all but ignores the science of climate change. Their opening premise is that CO2 is doing bad things to the climate and 90% of their work output is related to conservation and CO2 emission reduction.

Some of the conservation work is fine, and given what the upcoming heating season may be like, especially if the recent downtrend in temperatures continue, the conservation portion is important.

Science-wise the task force is very disappointing and makes no mention of things like changes in ocean circulation that has increased the risk of a storm like the Hurricane of 1938.

I wrote a web page as part of my testimony to their recent Public Listening Session, it provides a lot of the science they've ignored, see http://wermenh.com/climate/gccptf.html

The billion dollars we send to petro-dictatorships around the world would be better invested creating high paying jobs in the clean energy sector of our New Hampshire economy.
