MILT FONTAINE may not survive the final cut of Dave Gavitt's acceptance speech at the upcoming Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame induction ceremony. However, even if Fontaine isn't mentioned, there's an excellent chance he will be in Gavitt's thoughts when he arrives at The Hall in Springfield, Mass., for induction weekend, Sept. 8-9.
