The Bruins, who outshot Montreal 47-25, have now lost nine straight games and haven't won at home since the Winter Classic at Fenway Park on New Year's Day.
WALTHAM, Mass. - Updated, 6:27 p.m. The team's leading scorer missed Wednesday night's 107-102 win over the Miami Heat with a strained left foot, and Celtics coach Doc Rivers doubts Pierce will play Friday night against the New Jersey Nets.
