Reciprocity is a key part of keeping our outdoor tradition alive, well funded and protected. State sponsored "partnerships" are critical now more than ever in protecting the revenue generated by hunting/fishing AND grooming new outdoorsmen/women.
Maybe now Vermont lawmakers will get the point.
