Opponents say taxing property for its scenic value will be death of NH way of life

Some in New Hampshire complain they are being taxed out of their long-time homes for something they do not own in arbitrary ways, but others say the well-to-do newcomers will not pay their fair share if the value of a view is eliminated from property assessments. The words fair and equitable are used by both sides of the debate.
