Maybe she's guilty...but maybe she's not. Give her a chance to have a fair hearing and give the Judicial Conduct Committee a chance to do its job. The only way the system has a chance to work is if we have a little faith and let it.
- Dawn, Merrimack

Finally the SLEEPING JUDGE comes to her own. During my trial in 1993, she slept through most of it. When confronted about sleeping, her comment was, "I didn't have to be awake, only the jury did." I hope justice will be as harsh for her as she was on me. Especially sinse I was innocent and falsely accused.
- Tom, Springdale

How often does a judge compromise the integrity of the judiciary. No one really knows. The New Hampshire Supreme Court oversees the disciplinary process for judges through a Judicial Conduct Committee, which operates independently of the state's high court. Do you really think they would find fault in a Judge. What New Hampshire really needs is an oversight committee that consists of the average New Hampshire citizen and not lawyers and judges themselves.

Judicial integrity ... the ultimate oxymoron. Anti-male sexism, intellectual corruption, and child exploitation and maltreatment are already demanded 'qualities'.
- Mike Smith, Portsmouth, NH

This shouldn't surprise anyone. New Hampshire is the Land of Fairbanks, Brock, Thayer, Sullivan, Jones, Fitzgerald and Carbon.
- Jay Miller, Cocord

Lawyers will be lawyers even when they become judges most of them could not chase an ambulance without rear ending them.
