Since you are requesting more info...they have a video about it online showing her in the courtroom at her arraignment in the news on TV. They elaborate more on the conversations and on their affair in general.
- Dolores, Goffstown

"Sexually explicit conservations"???? I can only guess what these conversations were explicitly about??? Exactly what was the conversation. The story does not say because I'm sure the Court nor the Police will say. How can anyone reach a conclusion based on this "lacking" story. The statute regarding "certain used of a computer" is wide and very open to interpretation so again, what was said? For the conversations to be a class B Felony they must have been intense or maybe photos were exchanged....I just don't know and again, based on what were being told how could we know. Please get more detail and reprint the story.

Where's the usually ubiquitous 'perp pic' of this Jen Simard? Again, double standards abound. If Jen were a male, 'his' pic would be all over the news-paper and other media.

At 24 years old, the 'girl' is an adult woman and should be held accountable as such, just like any man 18+.
- Dave K., Manchester

I am still at a loss as to why there's a double standard here. If it were a male sexual predator going after a girl, he'd be in prison for life already.

Why don't we punish female sexual predators as severely?
- Jason Entres, Hollis

Glad to hear this was stopped before it went too far.
What was this girl thinking with? Certainly not her mind.
