What this points out is that our common humanity and decency should and does transcend all other issues. Senator Sununu possibly saved a life because that is what we do when we are there and are able to help someone else. We, as in decent human beings, not Democrats or Republicans.

This points out the difference between Republicans and Democrats.Tthe Republican Senator, John Sununu, understands the individual does make a difference, while a Democrat Senator would have waited for the government to step in and handle the problem. Great job, John Sununu!!
