It's nice Shea-Porter finally announced since she's been campaigning for months. her 'town meetings; are political rallies billed as constituuent events. Anyone who sucks up to her or asks a phony question to give her an excuse to speechify is met with political speeches going as long as 14 minutes each. Anyone who with a real concern gets a few minutes of doubletalk and no satisfaction.

What are accomplishment exactly? Pork, socialized medicine for veterans, earmarks and lots of blameshifting. She claims all credit for things she didn't even come up with like the stimuls package, she steals other people's ideas and slogans, and she does it all on the taxpayer's dime. She talks down to a consulting economist and then lectures about the need to listen to experts.

These oil leases are one of many phony issues Carol uses in her 'town meeting' campaign events. Those unused leases are all very low quality and not yet economically viable. People like Carol won't allow American companies access to decent oil fields. Her answer to the price of oil is public transportation. Like the bus will stop at everybody's house or something.

She's slick and she's a phony through and through.

Wouldn't it be cool if people could forget about political affiliation and honestly and unselfishly focus on the issues?

Congresswoman Shea-Porter is working hard for her constituants in NH. She works five days a week in DC and every weekend in her district, unlike our previous representative who only worked a day and a half a week in DC.
- Caron, Strafford

Please vote out Carol Porter... she is an embarassment to NH.
- Marc, Weare

Received another taxpayer funded glossy flyer from Hodes telling me something i already knew. I promptly mailed it back with a nice message for him to stop wasting my money on his reelection campaign. He is another lock in step with the big spenders in Congress.

Some of Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter's many accomplishments for our district and the country:

She supported passage of an increase in the federal minimum wage, secured $19 million in projects for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, supported ending the war in Iraq, fought against trade agreements that hurt US workers, voted for legislation to make healthcare more affordable for all Americans, and worked tirelessly to see that our veterans receive the care and benefits they need.

We need to return Carol to COngress. She is working for ALL of us.
- sparky, Hampton

Carol Shea Porter should be ashamed for trying to fool the NH public! For some one who ran on the promise of change, the only thing she changed was herself the minute she was safe in her Washington DC office because she did nothing but work for the good of the party rather than the good of the people who elected her!

Vote her out and send her packing! She's definately one politician who deserves to be a one term only!
