In 2010, the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Forum recreated a historic 1905 photograph to tell the story of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Anniversary celebration. The photograph includes the chairman of the Forum and president of the Japan-America Society, Charles Doleac.

This 1905 photograph shows the entire Russian and Japanese entourage as well as Seacoast citizens who helped make the arrangements for hosting the Portsmouth Peace Treaty conference.
