NASHUA - A city man is under arrest for allegedly selling drugs for the second time in New Hampshire.

Members of the Narcotics Intelligence Division conducted a months-long investigation resulting in the arrest of Michael Lawruk, 53, of 16 Railroad Square.

Lawruk was arrested Tuesday on four counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, heroin, second offense.

According to police, he was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to sell and sale of a controlled drug in 2003. There will be an enhanced penalty if convicted of the second drug offense, said police.

Lawruk is being held on $60,000 cash bail with arraignment Wednesday at the Nashua District Court.
