Montreal smoked meat and sizzling slapshots will all be part of Canadian Heritage Night with the Manchester Monarchs on Saturday as the team celebrates the region's strong ties to Canadian and Franco-American culture. The game is expected to draw one of the biggest crowds of the season, perhaps rivaling mighty Mullet Night on Nov. 19.
