Candace Foster and her boyfriend, Chad Schaffer, 34, are charged with murder and robbery in the May 14, 2004, death of Eugene Mallove, 56, of New Hampshire. Mallove was found beaten to death outside his rental home at 119 Salem Turnpike. Schaffer and Foster are former tenants of Mallove.
