Only in Print: Local MMA stars mixing it up at Rockingham

HOOKSETT -- Perry Filkins is one of the fastest rising stars on the local mixed-martial arts scene, and he doesn't want to be seen as anybody's stepping stone.

Filkins will go for his fourth win in a row on Friday night at Combat Zone 40 at Rockingham Park in Salem, where he will face veteran fighter Louis Taylor, who could move one step closer to a fight in the UFC with a win over Filkins.
