Nashua man arrested again a day after being released from jail
NASHUA - One day out of jail and a city man has been arrested again for allegedly trying to break into a local apartment.
On Wednesday, police arrested Ryan Aloise, 21, with a last known address of 126 Vine St. Police received a report that Aloise was allegedly attempting to break into an apartment around 10 a.m. on Vine Street.
Upon further investigation, authorities learned that Aloise had just been released from jail on Tuesday for unrelated domestic violence charges. His bail conditions, according to police, prohibited him from having any contact with the resident at the Vine Street apartment he was allegedly trying to break into.
Aloise was again arrested and charged with domestic violence stalking, burglary and two counts of attempted burglary.
He is being held on $50,000 cash bail pending an arraignment at Nashua District Court.
