Biden to visit NH next Thursday
Vice President Joe Biden will visit New Hampshire on Feb. 23, an official with the Obama campaign said Monday.
The campaign said it had no other details about the visit. But the fact that the campaign announced the visit means it will deal more with politics and speeches and less with matters of governance.
Biden visited New Hampshire last in late January on an official visit. He toured manufacturers in Rochester and Albany and spoke about job creation.
Biden has at least two other events planned in New England for Feb. 23. The Providence Journal said he will speak at a fund-raiser for Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse.
And Women for Change New England said he will host a $10,000 a person fund-raiser in Cambridge, Mass., on Feb. 23.
