Survey: Did your child take the NECAP?
Results of the New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) test taken in fall 2011 showed the percentage of Manchester students who scored in the "proficient" groups in math, reading and writing was lower, on average, than the state-wide average. The New Hampshire Sunday News wants to know the views of parents of children who took the exam for a possible future story.
