Only In Print: Officials defining new MST program

BEDFORD — Manchester and state education officials are united in their commitment to have the reconfigured Manchester School of Technology begin offering students a full-time four- or five-year career/technical education program in September.

They are also united on what the new MST isn’t going to be: an alternative school.
