Only in Print: Diaper Derby brings 'racing' back to Salem

SALEM — Racing returned to Rockingham Park with the first Diaper Derby held at the Mall at Rockingham Park on Saturday.

Pre-walkers lined up to see who would be the quickest to dash along a brightly colored 14-foot mat.
