MANCHESTER — The New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball team is asking the city of Manchester to reduce its lease payment by $20,000 a year to help the minor league club cover the cost of a 139-foot LED display to be installed on the left-field wall at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
