Only in Print: 'Conflict' cited in DWI prosecution

DINUCCI
Bedford police will be prosecuting a former Merrimack teacher on her second DWI charge in four years, even though her March 10 arrest happened in Merrimack.

Merrimack police Capt. Michael Dudash, the department's prosecutor, acknowledged he has a “conflict” that prevents him from handling Lisa Dinucci's case.

The conflict: When Dinucci was arrested the first time for DWI in Milford late at night on May 25, 2008, Dudash's 9-year-old son was in the back seat.
