School board seeks negotiations start

MANCHESTER — After a closed session Friday night, the city Board of School Committee passed a motion to ask Schools Superintendent Thomas Brennan to begin negotiations with the unions representing school district employees.

The board took no other action and did not discuss the fiscal year 2013 school budget.
