Fisher Cats rained out in Connecticut, doubleheader Wednesday
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats' doubleheader with the hosting New Britain Rock Cats scheduled for Tuesday night was postponed due to heavy rain.
The teams will now play a twin bill beginning at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday. Both games will be seven innings.
The pitching matchups for Wednesday's doubleheader have not been announced.
The Fisher Cats return home to begin a seven-game home stand on Friday at 7:05 p.m. against the Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.
