HARTFORD, Vt. — A 26-year-old Vermont woman faces multiple charges in connection with the theft of laptop computers from students and staff at Dartmouth College.

Hartford police arrested Heather A. Lewis of Woodstock on May 17 on eight counts of possession of stolen property after a joint investigation with Hanover police into the thefts.

Police said Lewis was arrested after allegedly selling eight of the stolen laptops in Hartford.

She will be arraigned in Windsor Superior Court on June 26.
