Derry man injured in ATV crash
DERRY -- A local man suffered serious injuries Thursday when his all-terrain vehicle hit a car, according to Derry police.
Derek Thornton, 32, hit a car driven by Seth Enwright, 38, of Derry while on Hillside Avenue about 8 p.m. on Thursday, police Lt. Keith Marshall said. Thornton suffered serious injuries and was taken to Elliot Hospital in Manchester for treatment, Marshall said.
Thornton’s passenger, Cassandra Thornton, 15, of Derry, suffered minor injuries in the crash.
