FARMINGTON — A Deerfield man was injured Saturday when his motorcycle was hit by a sports utility vehicle, Farmington police Sgt. Jay Drury said.
Mike Sweeny, 41, was riding west with another motorcyclist on Route 11 about 1:45 p.m. Saturday when an SUV driven by Arman Droain, 70, of Rochester, pulled out in front of him from Central Street, Drury said.
The other motorcyclist was able to avoid the truck, but Sweeny was struck, Drury said.
