Biker injured in Derry crash
DERRY — A Manchester man suffered serious injuries Tuesday when his motorcycle crashed into a car, police Lt. Keith Marshall said.
Jordan Forrest, 21, was heading north on Manchester Road about 5 p.m. Tuesday when a car driven by Kirstin Williams, 22, of Londonderry pulled onto the road in front of him from Scobie Pond Road, Marshall said. The motorcycle crashed into the side of Williams’ car, he said.
Forrest, who was wearing a helmet, suffered serious, but not life-threatening, injuries and was flown to Tufts Medical Center in Boston for treatment, Marshall said. Williams was not injured, he said.
