Police: Rock-throwing teen charged with felony
NASHUA — A teen is accused of throwing rocks at cars parked downtown, causing more than $1,500 in damage.
Richard Gurley, 17, of 29 Temple St., was arrested about 1 a.m. Wednesday after police were called about someone vandalizing cars.
Gurley was located at the scene where police said they found several vehicles damaged after being hit by large rocks.
Gurley is charged with criminal mischief, a class B felony.
What’s next: Gurley will be arraigned Thursday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
