Insurance agent gets Bellwether honor

MILFORD —Cathy Magee of Holt Proctor McBriarty Insurance Agency has received the Bellwether Community Credit Union's Community Champion Award for 2012.

Magee was awarded this honor for her quick-thinking back in March as she performed the Heimlich Maneuver on fellow employee Monica Clearwater, who was choking on a piece of broccoli when she signaled to Magee using the universal choking sign.
