Arrest warrant issued for Carroll man for burglary

LEBANON - Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Carroll man wanted for a burglary last week at Eagle Ridge.

Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Kevin Balch, 33, on one burglary count but have been unable to find him. He is accused of the June 20 burglary of an Eagle Ridge Residence.

Police obtained the warrant after working with Thetford, Vt., and Claremont police in the investigation and recovering property taken in the break-in at a Claremont location.

Law enforcement agencies also are investigating Balch's possible connection to other daytime burglaries in Lebanon and surrounding communities.

Police believe Balch could be in the North Country.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Lebanon police at 603-448-1212 or the local police department.
