LANCASTER — A Coos County Superior Court grand jury has indicted a 49-year-old Colebrook man on 27 sexual assault charges against two children over a period of years, starting when one alleged victim was under age 9, and the other, under age 12.
The grand jury charged Arnold Rowe, of Titus Hill Road, with 26 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault between 1989 and 1994, starting when Rowe was 26-years-old. All the crimes are alleged to have taken place in Colebrook, according to the indictments handed up Friday and made public Tuesday.
The charges involve a number of alleged sex acts over a period of about five years, according to the indictments.

Arnold Rowe was subsequently found "NOT GUILTY" for those crimes as the accusers were in question about very large monitary amounts of funds that had come up missing over a long period of time and that is just one of many other reasons that were abound and lieing on the witness stand by the Victim and making up their own story in order to frame Mr. Rowe to overt Felony charges of theft by deception. The guy is one of the nicest guys around and ended up with a petty annie family that had conspired against him for various rediculous reasons. In his court case the so called victim was caught in numerous lies from three different transcripts from previous hearings. Just a pathetic mess this guy should have never been involved in and a classic attempt at a shafting by our wonderful legal system and he was never arrested for any of it in the beginning.

Totally bogus, this case and the previous are a waste of tax payers money. This is a case of revenge, brought forward by a youth who wants to get back at his stepfather. Anyone who really knows Mr Rowe would never entertain the thought of such charges being truthful. I would truly love to know how these people sleep at night, perhaps they have just been lying so long that they have convinced themselves. Whatever the reason or reasons they are destroying a good mans life, he never did anything but put a roof over their head, clothes on their backs and food in their ungrateful lying mouths. May justice prevail.

I can't believe the trumped up charges these were. Arnold Rowe was found INNOCENT on every charge pertaining to the first trial. The accuser was proven a liar on several occassions, changed her statements on questions and had many, "I don't remember" answers when the heat was building on her. For someone who had been apparently sexually abused as a child, then why did she live with Arnold until she was 30 years old? Wow, that shows how fearful she was! NOT! Any man can make a baby, but it takes a real man to raise someone else's kids as his own, which is what Arnold did and the oldest even stayed with him until she was 30. All of these charges, in my opinion, were brought against him in a spiteful manner in order to hurt Arnold and his name. Anyone that knows him, knows that he isn't capable of committing there crimes against either of these accussers or anyone else. Whatever reason these two are making these false accusations, I hope know that they are destroying an innocent man's life and reputation. I hope they are proud of themselves. The truth caught up with the first accusser and so it will with the second accusser.

I have known Arnold Rowe for almost 25 years now. He is one of the nicest, kindest people I know. He married the "alleged" victims' mother when they were 2 and 3 years old and raised them like he would his own. He tried to be a good father figure and teach them right from wrong and how to have good moral values. These so called "victims" should have trouble sleeping at night after all the lies they've told and for trying to ruin Arnold's good name!
