Community college gets equipment money

CONCORD — The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority approved a Community Development Block Grant of $140,000 to assist Lakes Region Community College with the purchase of new training equipment for its nursing program.

The grant will aid in the expansion and renovation of LRCC Center for Arts & Technology building, which will include a new nursing lab, the CDFA said in a news release.
