Raymond man thrown from pickup in crash
MANCHESTER — A Raymond motorist thrown from his pickup truck after it struck another car Monday is accused of running a red light at Bridge and Pine streets, police said.
Benjamin Carton, 25, was traveling east on Bridge Street at 5:33 p.m. when he went through the red light and struck a Honda Civic being driven north on Pine Street by Joshua Webb, 27, of Nashua, police said.
The impact caused Carton's 2003 Toyota Tacoma to roll over, police said. Carton was thrown from the truck. He went to Elliot Hospital to be treated for non-fatal injuries, police said.
Webb was not hurt, police said.
Carton will be cited for failure to yield at a red light, police said.
