Nashua man accused of repeatedly raping child
NASHUA - A local man is accused of continually sexually assaulting a girl over a four-year period, from the time she was 13 years old until she was 17.
Kevin J. Murray, 48, of 8 Forge Drive, was arrested on one count of each of aggravated felonious sexual assault (pattern) for numerous sexual assaults on the girl; aggravated felonious sexual assault; attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child by soliciting her for sex.
Each of the aggravated felony charges are punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, while a conviction on the endangerment charge carries a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison.
