Dartmouth-Hitchcock adds nursing staff



MANCHESTER — Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester has announced staff changes. Lori Zinner, APRN, joined the special care nursery at Catholic Medical Center.

Zinner is a certified neonatal nurse practitioner. She completed her master of science in nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Michele Brennan-Vuocolo, APRN, joined the hospitalist program at CMC. She received her master of science in nursing at Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y. and is a certified family nurse practitioner.

Merrimack native heads financial aid



BOSTON — Merrimack native Kathy (Lastowka) Anderson has been named the new director of financial aid at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston.

Anderson, who graduated from Merrimack High School in 1983, has extensive experience in financial aid.

Anderson has a bachelor of arts in English from the University of New Hampshire 1988, and an MBA.

Port City attorneys earn distinction



Portsmouth attorneys Thomas Closson, Debra Weiss Ford and Daniel Schwarz were three of 58 attorneys from Jackson Lewis LLP recognized in the 2012 edition of “Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.”

The annual legal guide ranks the top firms and lawyers across the country in a variety of practice areas.

Jackson elected to nonprofit board



WASHINGTON, — Mary Ellen Jackson, executive director of the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, was elected to the board of directors of the National Council of Nonprofits, the nation’s largest network of nonprofit organizations.

Under her direction, the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits was named Nonprofit Business of the Year in 2010 by Business New Hampshire magazine.

Merrimack man joins Bulfinch Group



NEEDHAM, Mass. — Dan DiLorenzo of Merrimack has become affiliated with The Bulfinch Group. The Bulfinch Group is a financial services and wealth management firm helping individuals, families and businesses build and preserve wealth.

DiLorenzo resides in Merrimack with his wife Tricia and daughter Elizabeth. He is a soccer coach, Destination Imagination manager and religious education teacher.
